Delivery terms

Delivery is made by appointed couriers. Orders may be delivered by more of one courier.

Telephone first delivery available only for large orders (pallets).

Customer shall be responsible to provide appropriate unload facility (f.e. forklift). Trucks equipped with tail lift must be asked in advance. If available, the service will be subject to an extra charge.

In the presence of the courier please check that:
· number of boxes are as indicated on the waybill (delivered by courier)
· packagings are not visibly damaged or tampered, wet, not too light or otherwise altered on sealing materials (adhesive tape or other).
In the event of such a case, customer can accept the goods with "specific reserve".

Delivery times

Delivery times depend from order destination, payment methods and the availability of the product.

Orders paid via Paypal and credit cards are entrusted to the courier within 24h following order confirmation.

Orders paid via bank transfer are entrusted to the courier within 24/48h after the receipt of payment by bank.
After our delivery to courier, average delivery times to destination are usually from 3 to 5 working days. Extra time needed for more difficult locations to reach (f.e. mountain places, smaller islands, extreme suburbs or remote areas) or less served.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Courier delivery hours:Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. Delivery will be made on the street. It's not possible to choose a specific time for delivery.

Customer absence at the time of delivery

· For absence of the customer, the courier will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox. Is provided a second try, or a telephone contact by the Courier to arrange a delivery time within the next 24 hours;
· In the event of a negative result also of second delivery, attempt to contact the customer to define and eventually solve the causes of non-delivery;
· In case of further unsuccessful, the order will be canceled for failure to make delivery. Of cancellation, will inform customer by e-mail. Any amount already paid by Customer will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred in the delivery attempts, for return of the goods to, a share of the compensation for management practice.

Freight cost

Cost of the transport will be auto-calculated based on volume and weight of the items ordered, the number of packages, and destination. The goods travel with law insurance.

Order status - tracking

You can check online real time tracking. You will be notified exactly where is the product you purchased, once it has been delivered to the courier.

Transport damages

Any external damage of the packaging must be immediately reported to the courier upon receipt by affixing on delivery document description about specific damage found. It is advisable to accurately describe type and extent of visible damages.
